4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on bkd333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. • Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or miscalculated odds is a breach of these Terms. Winnings obtained through exploitation will be forfeited.
• bkd333 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred, at its sole and absolute discretion.
• Players must ensure they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. bkd333 is not responsible for bets that are not registered due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

These tools take effect immediately upon activation.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable charges) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and bonus winnings are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

bkd333 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines at its sole discretion that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, presented a regulatory risk, or that continued operation of the account would be contrary to bkd333's policies or legal obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

bkd333's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and platform interpretation of these Terms are final and binding. No dispute regarding a game outcome will be considered after 30 days from the date of the relevant transaction.
